Ask for time served.

You would need to discuss this with your lawyer to see if he can make a deal with the prosecutor, but in essence, probation would technically start on the date of conviction/pleading out. The amount of time spent in pretrial has nothing to do with the probationary period. The item the lawyer can use is your track record for the two years of pretrial, but I wouldnt hold my breath on it.
