Question:

How can i not turn into my stress head parents?

Ok so as much as i love my parents, they are really stressed out people who tend to look on the negative side of things more often than not, im now in my 20's and have started to notice that i also get really negative and stressed easily.Does anyone have any tips/thoughts on how i can be more positive? (i may even pass them on to my parents! haha)

  2. i have the answer to dat, u can change every time u get those thought Train ur brain, try to focus on how u want to be different from ur parents, think and say ur self "positive things" think positive. Conjure a place that gives positive thinking

  4. well once you have your goals in lined with what you want out of your life! there shouldn't be a problem!

    just follow what you want not what you think the past may have gave you deal with!  

    if you focus on the past of your parents it will be your future!

    make a path of your own and go for it!


  5. Read the book I'm Okay, You're Okay, it will help you to funnel your self from your parents.

  6. dont sweat the small stuff. i try to look on  every experience,  as what did i learned from that? what does not kill you .makes you stronger. my sister told me once, if you look at a person,  hard enough, you will find at least one thing about them, that you like or you think is pretty. meditate in the mornings on positive thoughts. you practice this enough. and life becomes so much easier.stand a little taller, and be glad your here to experience each little thing. flowers,birds even leaves. go to a park. take in deep breaths, leave your trobles there. stress can make you old before your time. it can kill you. alot of people do yoga,to releive stress.think of things that make you smile. hope this helps. and i hope you find lots of things to laugh about today an every day
