dude first you ask properly then only you get right answers ok then take a look on

C is a programming language ,

u need a compiler to work with C..

try this to get one,

"Open C language" doesn't sound right. C is a programming language, and there's really nothing to open. If you're talking about opening a C file, you can use any text editor.
