How can i open a Federic's of Hollywood store?

i was looking on their site and they dont have any information or any link how to open a store...Is there any federic's of hollywood in Europe?

Contact their corporate headquarters.  The website is trying to attract retail customers.  You would be interested in a franchise in Europe. Minimum investment would be $250,000.  You used to be able to post a bond but now you need the cash. /
