Download the free version, open the file in it, and you can see what files are inside the compressed .rar file. Simply save the music file to your deskop or wherever it suits you and open it in your normal music player.

RAR is a compression format just like ZIP. You need to open the .rar with a program that can read them like 7-Zip, IZArc, WinRAR, etc.

I recommend 7-Zip because it is free (but donate if you use it often), open source, and works with lots of different formats like .RAR, .ZIP, .7Z, .LZH, and more:

Just FYI, be careful with what is inside your RAR file though, usually you don't compress an MP3 with anything because using a compression program (like RAR) will just make it larger, not smaller!

You need to extract it. It's like a zip file. You need to find a program that will do that for you.
