How can i overcome to stop Night fall ?

When i sleeping After 6 or 7 dayz I felt night fall even i Dont see any Sexual dream !

drink lot of water..b in company with frnds keep doing sthng dont consider s*x as evil...watch a lot of blue movies bcoz then distinction and uneccesory curiosity btwn female body will disappear and ur consious and sub counsious mind will b in equilibrium.
