Oh, how I wish I needed a manager over in your area right now.  Someone who is willing to start on their own is hard to find.  I would want to bring you on board as soon as I could.

You are going to need a license.  You could also need a brokers license, depending upon state law.  

You will require some training in the paperwork aspect.  Payroll deduction, compliance with state laws, compliance with the practices of the different companies, and the like.

If you are not experienced, this could be great for you.  Too many of us only want experienced people.  I, being different, am willing to allow ambitious people a shot.

Oh, how I wish you were living in Las Vegas.

You could spend next to nothing creating one or you could spend millions buying one.  It depends on the business, your goals, and experience.  Need more info.
