How can i pay a telmex (Mexican phoneline) if i live in the U.S? ?

I want to pay it, but I'm not sure how to do it. i've checked out they're website but when it ask's where do you receive your statements it only has the mexican states. My card is a wells fargo Card (Debit)....

Can anyone tell me how?

I also want to know if i pay it with my bank card would it be charged in mexico's currency or would it be converted into U.S dollars?

Any one got ideas?

And yes your bank will make the peso conversion.
