How can i pay for an Ebook without purchasing through Paypal?

Paypal doesn't accept my card. I was wondering if there is any site that you could purchase Ebooks without paypal's nonsense.

You have to look at the vendor of those ebooks as to what payment modalities they accept

You can say you want to pay by Moneygram or Western Union, but if the vendor of the ebook doesn't accept those payments, then you have no choice but to follow what they accept

Check if the vendor of the ebook you want accepts check, money order or whether you can pay via your credit card directly to them
