  3. don't get a hamster

    they are gross.

  4. Sn0zb0z said exactly what I wanted to so now I don't need to!

Maybe you could get some books about hamsters from the library to show your mum you know how to look after a hamster

  5. lose control

  6. well i persuaded mt mam to get two hamsters and breed them lol.

then i went onto rats lol.... and it worked..

just state that its important to you and be nice and do some major sucking up - do dishes, polishing - if u want one then work for it

btw rats are better - more sociable and bite less

  7. I have just done the same thing and suceeded! I am also 14!

Tell your mum that you want to prove to her that you can be responsible and take care of a hamster by yourself. Tell her that you have made this list of things to do and if money is a problem you will save up for the hamster and the cage. I showed that I could be responsible by looking into where to get them, keeping my room tidy so that it showed I could be organised, and looking up prices and kinds of cages, and researching into hamsters abd telling my mum all about them. Maybe take on washing duty to persuade her? If you show you have thought it through, you can fit it into your every day life and you are organised with your list she should hopefully let you get a hamster! I managed to persuade my parents and I got 2 dwarf hamsters yesterday! It is all worth it trust me!

    Good luck :) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  8. well you should clean the bedding out twice a week not monthly as most hamsters will use their bed as a bathroom, my hamster does. you shouldnt take out its wheel, as it will be active at night and it will be asleep during the day.

  9. Well, tell her your not g*y and wont shove it up your ****

  10. I'm fourteen and I have 3 hamsters, One Syrian and Two Robovoskis [Cannot spell today].

What I think you should do is look up for "Hamster care sheets" then make a little book on the care then put it on your mum's pillow so she can read it. Make sure you put everything in it. The type of cages, the food they need, what they should and shouldn't eat. Ect ect. Then make sure you keep your room tidy as Sometimes after cleaning out Hamsters do make your room untidy. Hopefully she'll go for it Hamsters are not hard to care for. and actually are they low in cost. I have 3 and I probably spend about 4 pounds a week. But I use carefresh because of my allegies so now it's about 6 pounds. which I don't mind spending.

    Bella. =]

  11. hold your breath until she lets you get one. duh.

  12. look if your mom said no there is no point in bugging her about it, hamsters arent everything they are cracked up to be, gerbils are much better and are much more friendly, they smell less arent as noisy and are just so much better, i recommend you get one of those instead. Also if your mom said no she isnt going to change her mind the more you bug her.

  13. u forgot one thing hamsters smell soooooo bad which is y id recomend u put its cage out side im cousins wont enter their toys room cuz of their hamsters now they got rid of them + u didnt tell your mom thaat U will be paying the vet for first check up!

  14. You'll need to clean the bedding more than once a month. Plus it is cruel to take out the wheel every night - that's when it'll be awake and want to use it most. Get a silent one (even if it makes a little noise you'll get used to it) You just need to keep proving that you would be able to keep caring for it. Take care of the dog and do other things around the house or something

  15. hamsters are boring, alot less fun than a dog, you will probably lose interest within a couple of months. Also, why would you take the wheel out at night? thats when their most active and will need the excercise.
