Hi, I think you can ask them to be there during the transaction so they feel safe about it.  Another thing that can help is using paypal because it is so safe and easy to use.  You can do a bit of a background check on the web store that you are using so it can help you and your parents feel safe.  Have fun shopping.

tell them you will go through paypal which has a system that if you buy something and don't receive it or it is not what was advertised you can file a report and get your money back.
