How can i petition my kids from the philippines?

hi.i was petitioned single by my grandmother to come over here in hawaii.i have 2 kids in the philippines and they are carrying their dads lastname.i declare this in immigration.my question is,do i need to petitioned them under my name if i wait 3 years to get them.

  1. My wife is a Filipina and I have had lots of experience with Immigrations. It depends on how old they are. Best is to go on line to the www.uscis.gov  At least you can find the 800 telephone number.

    That's probably the quickest and best.

  3. if you have disclosed their existence then you can petition them no matter what name they are using.  file the petition papers as soon as possible while the kids are still minors.  should there be problems consult an immigration lawyer.  this should be an easy case for them.
