How can i play my mini DV into VCR?

You can't play miniDV tapes in your VCR. Period.

The only way you can watch them are to connect them to your TV using the supplied A/V cable, or upload the video to your computer and burn it to a DVD. To do so, you need a firewire aka i.Link aka IEEE 1394 cable. But, most computers don't have this port so you will probably also need to get a Firewire PCI card for around $20-$30. You can install this yourself, or usually the electronics store technicians can do it for you, naturally for a small fee. Then you can use a program such as Windows Movie Maker to capture the video, edit if you want, and then use a DVD authoring program such as Nero to burn it to DVD. Hope this helps!

My video camera came with a cable (with a single plug on one end that plugs into the camera and red,white and yellow plugs on the other that plug into the TV)
