You get everything in the box.  Use the Internet connection Cable and plug them in to both your Pc and Xbox 360 Console.  If your wire is too short, you will need to buy a LAN Cable by the metre.  Once you have done that, there are easy instructions on the Xbox Website or just call Microsoft Xbox 360 Customer Care (Also found in your box)
