A great site for playing Scrabble online is isc at http://www.isc.ro

It has a really nice user interface, and options that include ability to only play acceptable words (called "void" on their interface), and ability to play phonies (called "double" on their interface).  

But what you really might want to look for is some real life Scrabble.  The National Scrabble Association has a list of over 200 clubs at
