How can i play videos in slow motion???

How can i play videos in good quality slowmotion. i need it to be clear not jumping around. it would be the best ever if i could play videos like the LG viewty (120fps)

Um, I'm no expert (I'm 13. lol) but in my Computer elective at school, we had to make a movie on Windows Movie Maker, and we uploaded clips into the timeline thing and you can right click the clip and click video effects and one of them is like "Slow down (half time)".
