when i'm hugging girls for about 30 seconds and i try to rub there back or stroke there hair what is the best thing to do?

I would say just rub the back but really all you have to do is give them a big hug. I love when my boyfriend just hugs me for a long time and says i love you or something sweet. I feel so safe and ITS JUST AMAZING!
