Well, if you are talking about becoming an American Citizen, look at the paperwork etc., and be thankful.  Thankful for the opportunity.  not everyone has it!

If you don't want to put any effort in to being a citizen what makes you think that your worthy of this priviledge.

Move to Cuba, learn spanish, take swimming lessons, and get to the shore.

Other than that you have a snowballs chance in Heck with your attitude and good riddance to your lazy self!

you cant.  citizenship in the US is something to fight for. it is very difficult to obtain and for good reason, if you want it bad enough you will struggle for it.

unless you are born a citizen you must go through immigration to obtain permanent residence then after a few years, depending, you can apply for naturalization.
