How can i possibly get a scholarship to a music camp?

i'm really serious about playing the violin, and this year i REALLY want to go to a good summer music camp, but for me to go is like $470, and my mom doesnt want to pay that much, and there aren't any other music camps close enough, or good enough, are there grants or scholorships, in ohio i can apply for?

call the summer camp and ask if they ever scholarship anyone in with free or reduced tuition.  Maybe your gumption will pay off and they will reduce the cost for you.
