  1. This question is rather strangely worded...I will attempt to answer it as I interpret it. If you wish a 2 mL volume of a solution to contain 2.5 grams of solute, drug , etc . ( which I find rather a large amount for such a small volume.) Then dissolve 25 grams of the compound in ~ 10 mL of solution....( allows for "volume " of compound ) then dilute t oexactly 20 mL= 2.5 grams/2 mL. Please check your figures and be sure that the recipe does not call for 2.5 mg/2 mL. This mass to volume ration appears at first sight too great...
