How can i prevent my braces from staining?

I am getting train tracks and wondered what colour, let alone the pain and what colours stain and which ones don't?

Foods are what stains them. Especially light color bands. Tomato sauce seems the worse. I would say the darker colors probably do not stain as bad but the color black makes you look like you have cavities. Pick a color and remember how it stained next time then you can decide not to pick that color again.

it dpends on what type of foods u eat to wether they stain. white ones stain badly with lots of foods but currys seem to stain them the most i only eva had white all the others wer dar colours so not really tht sure bout other colours but i did have pink at one time n tht didnt stain
