  1. Well the number one thing is to always wash your face at night and in the morning. I would use Cetaphil for that. Then you should use Nutrogena On-The-Spot Pimple Treatment. You should apply that directly to a pimple. Then use the Clean and Clear Dual Action Mousturizer on places like the cheeks and forehead to pevent breakouts. *You cannot touch your face a lot because your hands have a lot of oil and will transport that on your face, which will clog pores.*


  2. wash ur face everyday. avoid sctaching with your nails because thats how pimples start

  3. Use a facial cleanser and moisturizer and/or astringent according to your face type [oily, dry, combination, etc.]

    Try not to stress lol. Don't touch your face alot and keep hair out of your face.

    And try to keep a healthy of food, drink lots of water.

    Use special acne cream. For severe acne, visit a dermatologist. Wash your face at least 2x a day. Don't over do it. I think Clearasil & Pro Active are good products.

    [For women: Wash your make up brushes, throw out anything old or that doesn't work. They have lots of bacteria]

  4. wash your face every night with a face wash product. i use clean and clear scrub and it works really good for me. like if i see a pimple that is starting to come out i use this and it dries it out and the pimple goes away. also you should watch the foods you eat. i remember when i used to eat a lot of chips it would give me pimples like all over my forehead probably because all of the oil and fat in the chip. but by doing all those things, my face got clear lol and hopefully it will work for you too.

  5. I try not to eat things the makes me break out

    one those is chocolate...I still eat it but not too often.

  9. From personal experience i learned that certain foods such as butter, mayonnaise , chocolate and spices give me brake outs. So i suggest you learn to identify these foods and use a good Acne protection product. Works for me !!
