  1. When I'm in the shower I first use a body scrub over the area to get the hairs to raise above the skin. Then I wash the area with soap and a loofah to exfoliate the skin even more. Then I shave the area with shaving cream and a razor in the same direction that the hair grows in.  The real trick is after apply deodorant to the area.  When I do this I'm able to shave the area everyday and not get any bumps. I know a few friends that have tried this to and it has worked for them.

  2. This happens to every woman who shaves down there.  That's why I like using the Nair cream, it takes the hair off while you're in the shower, and it's quicker, pain free, and you don't end up with the annoying red bumps.  So, I suggest switching to Nair cream.  There is no way to prevent the bumps while shaving, shaving just does that.

  3. i used to be in your same exact position. the best way to prevent these little red awful bumps is to apply neosporin or another brand of triple antibiotic cream. apply it to the area right after shaving, it will amaze you!

  4. Use plenty of shaving cream (but don't get it too close to your v****a or urethra or it can cause problems) make sure your razor is sharp (I recommend using a new one and shaving here first)  and shave with the growth of the hair not against it.

  5. this happens to me too! maybe try a shaving GEL instead of a cream?? idk, i heard something about using cold water instead...idk...i'm kinda looking for the answer to this as well i guess haha
