How can i progress this situation?

Question

So i place several orders with a company and the items always arrived with no issue via Royal Mail standard first class.

Then i placed another order from another one of their departments and the goods did not arrive. I checked at the post office and the package had not arrived there either.

They resent the order free of charge.

The goods haven't arrived again...

I haven't contected them about it yet, giving them another day, but if they don't arrive where do i stand?

I presume they aren't going to keep on sending out goods indefinately but i have paid for the items.

Do you think they'd give me a refund? Could i take it up with Royal Mail for the money if not?

What could i do to get the order as i do need the items...

Chances are they have your delivery address wrong .. contact them and get them to read it to you off their computer screen ..

you're legally entitled to a full refund if the goods never arrive.  Its up to compnay if they keep sending or refund.   its up to them to take it up with royal mail.
