There are a ton of ways to promote your business.  You can create a website, do flyers, start a referral program and many others.  

I suggest you start with developing a Unique Selling Proposition and going from there.  With a Unique Selling Proposition you will be able to define your target customer and then market/promote your yoga classes to those customers.
