how can i proove where my savings come from if i have more than i should have really, or how can i say i won it at gambling or casino or something but i have no receipts or cheques it is cash, thanks

If you won it at the casino, there should be some kind of paper trail. Do you have bank records showing that you've withdrawn money at the ATM at the casino? Do you have a members card from any kind of players club there that might show you were there playing night after night? If you won over a certain amount, you would have had to fill out tax documents, so that would be proof of at least some of your winnings. All of this evidence put together might be proof enough that you won the money legitimately.

If we knew where they really came from we might be able to give sensible advice.

But the way your question is worded it does seem that this money is illegal in some way.  If this is the case then you've obviously broken the law already.  Why not add forgery to the list?
