In his summary to the jury, Atticus says: “But there is one way in this country in which all men are created equal-there is one human institution that makes a pauper the equal of a Rockefeller, the stupid man the equal of an Einstein, and the ignorant man the equal of any college president. That institution, gentlemen, is the court.

Please be specific...

what about the fact that the court will always have unecessary biases? what about..........other ways the court is unfair to others????????

 1. Your are correct in your thinking. The court system is supposed to work like Atticus is saying but it doesn't. To many innocence men have been proven to be not guilty sense D.N.A. We are all human and as long as there is a human factor involved there will be mistakes. I think I would address the human factor.

 2. Courts make honest men equal to child molesters. This happened to my friend, and all because his baby's mother was pissed at him and made up a bunch of lies about him. Now he is in prison. And she's going around town telling everyone how she lied about it all. And it doesn't to him any good, no matter who she tells.
