How can i publish images in goolge?

i already have picassa web album. but i just don't know how to put them in the web or at google images.

by the way what's an URL, what do we use it for, and how can i create one (or edited, if possible)/

If you mean you want your images indexed by Google, you first need to make your album public. Set the album's search feature to public. Google Images will automatically index your album.
