How can i put font behind a pic behind font but still see the picture for things such as making a businesscard

okay i wanna make a business card and contracrs for my fathers lawn service i have the picture and how the contract will be made but how can i put the picture behind the font on the contract so u can still see the font but also see the picture!!!! please i need help

Try using a water mark. They are really simple to insert.

Depending on the software you have available to you, Illustrator, Indesign or Photoshop will do this create a layer to hold the image and another to contain the type apply a transparency to the layer holding the type and away you go.
