How can i put music on my ps3?

Question

how can i put the songs from my ipod onto my ps3. i plugged it in one of the usb ports but nothing popped up when i plugged it in. there was nothing saying usb device under music or anything. so how can i do it.

oh and also will it also put the pictures from my ipod on there? because i don't want them on there just yet

My recommendation, if your ipod is not showing up (its strange not to) download TVersity or Winamp Remote, it connects directly to you computer, then when it turns up on PS3 screen just press triangle and 'Copy'

If the ipod does turn up on screen, press triangle on the USB icon, then display all, and find your music, and press triangle again and copy.

search for a song

click on the song that you want

Some MP3 players do not show up on the PS3

get some cd's and import them onto it or use a computer w/ a memory card or USB device.

Get a Flash Drive and put the music you want on your Flash Drive from your computer, then connect the flash drive to your PS3.  You can put the pictures on it later.
