  1. UPDATED: For music & video see my previous answer to a similar question here:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;... and my blog which has some visual instruction.

  2. To put music or video into your blogs you use the HTML feature that yahoo provides.

This means you have use an outside of yahoo hosting site.

All that means is you have to stream into your blog the music or video from the hosting site, because Yahoo will not store your music or video for you .. it sounds complicated but it is really not..

To put music you need to get a membership in a site like Myflashfetish.com.

This site, after you enroll in their membership ( it is free) will provide you with playlists from the other members that have let their songs be open to the public for you to use.

You follow their directions to get the song and the mp3 player to use on your blog to get the html code from them.

After you get the code you place it into your blog this way.

    1.  open up a blank compose blog page in yahoo.

    2. put some text into the blank blog space.

    3. on the top of the composer is the option HTML with a check box next to it.. put a check into the box.

    4. take the code you have copied from Flashfetish and paste it into the composer..

    5. uncheck the HTML box on top of the composer..

    6. your mp3 player should appear momentarily if it does not then check the preview option under the composer and it should appear there.

That is it .. you have placed an mp3 player into your blog.

To place a video is the same way.. go t UTUBE and pick out your video.. ( or to photobucket or google.. any of the sites).

beside the video is the EMBEDD code to place it into your blog..

follow the same instructions as for the mp3 player and it will be on your blog.

all of the graphics and sparkley images that are in our blogs have to be placed in there with the HTML option.. and usually all of the sites that offer these things for you to use have the codes to place them on your blogs also..

    have fun.. I do!
