  1. If webstreaming is even possible with that camcorder, the instructions to do so will be in the camcorder's manual.

    Typically, consumer camcorders automatically power down (this cannot be changed) after a set period of time of non-use, so trying to use the camcorder as a webcam becomes frustrating.

    Just get a webcam and skip the frustration part.
