Go to your Yahoo! Answers profile and scroll down to where you see: Share Knowledge. There should be a badge link below that. After you make your badge, copy and paste html into your blog and that should do it.

Do you mean to put a link to your Answers account on a blog? You just right click on your avatar and then click copy short cut and then paste it on the blog.
