How can i put my hv20 videos on my pc? firewire?!? minidv hdv?

i cant figure out how to transfer my movies to my pc. it docent have a firewire plug in. just usb.

so what do i need to buy?

Does your computer not have a firewire or your camera? Your camera should have a port that can use either, so I'm assuming you mean the PC. You will need to buy a firewire cord that fits your camera and a firewire plug/card to put into your PC. I had the same problem with my camera. Good luck!

You need to get a PCI firewire card. Usually these can be had for about $30 at your local Circuit City or other electronics store. Then get a firewire cable (4-pin to 4-pin or 4-pin to 6-pin depending on your firewire card). By the way, did you end up buying your HV20 from Zoommania? Or did you buy somewhere else?
