How can i put my own picture on my 360 gamercard?

i want to put a picture of myself up for my 360 gamercard but can't seem to find an option to do it

any ideas?

You have to get the webcam for 360 i don't know how much they are but you can go to a gamstop or something and they have them, you plug it into one of your control slots and then there should be an option, you take the picture yourself...but you can't like upload one or anything
