How can i put on weight fast in 3 weeks?

im a girl by the way i dont no why there is a picture of a boy up there and i cant change it. i want to put on weight for a wedding in 3 weeks especially on my legs im 21 thankyou x

  1. if you are looking to bulk up in terms of muscle, focus on squat and lunges be sure to use a heavier weight this will cause your muscles to bulk up.  also, bike riding will let you gain muscle.

    not sure why anybody would want to gain weight.. i know i dont... but good luck to you anyway!

  4. eat bulking up drink and better than gaining weight is doing weights or cardio will build muscle which guys love!

  5. eat elvis sandwiches: crunch peanut butter and bananas on 15 grain whole wheat and a big glass of milk. you will blow up real good.

  6. eat lots of chicken and protein rich foods. The protein will then be stored in your body and then, you can work out and have more muscle!

  7. Dumbbell squats and lunges, look them up on youtube if you don't know what they are.

  8. come over to my house?? lol ;) go on benders and eat fry ups  

  9. protein shakes are the quickest way to gain weight you can buy them anywhere.

  10. I find that fishnet stockings create great-looking leg shape. Curves might be what you are after, so fishnets do that.

  11. guzzle beer. eat a lot of high-carb foods
