How can i put this in a resume??

I'm going to apply for the cosmetics department at macy's but i have no experience working for any make-up counters.. i have un-paid experience doing make up (for 2 years) to my friends and relatives for special events ... how can i put this in a professional way for the resume??

You can't. The best you can do is put it down as a skill set and explain the situation during the interview.

say you have your own clientel.a prospective employer will hope you bring them into the salon.(dont) also say you are a special events contractor.you can't give away too many personal details- because you respect the privacy of the clients.
