How can i put this opption "invit your friend" and "click here to join this group" on my all yahoo mail's

i want this opption in my all mail's like this "invit Your friend" and "click here to join this group" if any budy have answer of this question so pls send me.

go to your yahoo mail, click settings on far top right, look for signature and click- add the link of your group with a text 'join' click save when done
