How can i put videos on my psp???

okay ive alredy made the MP_ROOT and the 100MNV01 and i alredy converted the video to MPEG4 and its saved to my computer.......my problem is that when i put those videos on the 100MNV01 file it doestn show up on my videos but it says i lost memory soooo can anyone HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!! im desperate!
