How can i put videos on my sony ericsson w580i?

hi, i want to now how i can put videos from my pc to the phone as every time i do it i cant play them on the phone its got to be somthink to do with the format i have tryed mp4 3gp has any one got this phone and had sucsess of playing videos thanks

Sony Ericsson w580i Supports Video formats of 3GP and MP4 of screen Resolution 240 X 320. U should convert ur Videos in ur PC either to 3GP or MP4 in the Screen Resolution 240 X 320 itself with Frame rate not exceeding 30(fps) (minimum of 12fps)
