How can i race my friend??

Me and my friend want to race, i think my car i faster lol but i dont know...how do we race?!

fIND A DRAGRACING SPOT. and always make sure u have an airbag. Safety first.And if u are going to go fast, maybe go there by secret.

I support HMS's answer.  However, to REALLY test who's faster, find an autocross event or some way to get onto a track and race.  Comparing times would be a much better reflection of who's faster than side-by-side racing.  Also, courses with turns factors in driver skill.  You can have a beastly car, but if you can't drive, it's pointless.

Take It To The Nearest Drag Strip. Not Only Can You Race Your Friend, But Others Your Age As Well. Most Tracks Hold Friday Night Drags For High Schoolers Or Teens of Legal Driving Age. Have Fun!!!

You dont need 2 race your friend just go 2 yahoo.com type the year make model and eng size like 3.0 v6 or what ever then type 0-60 mph. find out your 0-60 mph then do the same for your friends car. then you know whos car is faster. Thats the safe way!

If you really have to, find an industrial park with a dead end street. There's usually no trafiic at night and the roads are pretty wide. Don't do anything stupid and be careful.

seriously its really easy just go to the closest dragstrip when they're having a test and tune day and you can make some passes there

Don't listen to that other bozo, he will only get you arrested or killed.  Not only that, but in certain states, when they take your car for street racing, they CRUSH it.  No excuse will keep your car from the scrapyard.  You will not be allowed to retrieve anything from it either.  It will be CRUSHED, contents and all, and you will be stuck with payments on a block of steel, plastic and rubber.

Go and race legally.  Most drag strips have a "Test and tune" night, or a "street-legal" night.  Either of which will be a great time for you and your friend to "line 'em up" and race.  Not only will there be rescue people on hand, but your cars will be checked to make sure they are safe, and there will be timing and scoring available, so there will be no doubt as to who won the race.

If you don't know where any drag strips are, check this link.  It lists almost every race track in the country.  Just find your state, scroll through the lists of track names, and find one that says it is a drag strip (that info will be in the right hand column).
