How can i raise my park value on Roller Coaster Tycoon 1?

i have like 2-3 monthes and i need to raise it $2,000 in order to acheive the objective. its dinky park so there is not very much room to expand... any help please!!!

Litter and barf and junk...that makes it go down. so make sure you have plenty of janitor people and make sure its really clean.  make sure you have lots of bathrooms where they are needed.  also helps to have lots of things convienient, like don't make people go out of their way to get to the ride.  add path lamps and benches
