How can i read a .CFT file?

I just downloaded this sheet music of Concerto No. 11 in D Minor (RV 565) by vivaldi and it was in .CFT form. I cant open it with any adobe reader or thing like that. What special program do i need to see this sheet music?

It's either a CFast Graphics file which equires Disney Animation Studio to open it, or it's a Corel Flow Template (requires Corel Flow to open it).

Adobe reader only opens PDF documents. Why not have a look for it again and see if you can download a PDF version instead.
