How can i read hindi fonts on my computer?

i can't read hindi on my computer. can any one tell me what changes in setting can help me so that i can read hindi

Just highlight the sections you want to read, click on fonts, and change to which ever fonts you want to read in.

do as under,

on righthand top corner

click font help,

it will guide you.further .
