How can i rebuild trust with my girlfriend when she so insurcure

build her up.  tell her things that make her feel more confident.  show her that your really trying to change whatever you did.

and maybe tell her what your about to do and if its all right...

Remind her of how much you love her. Remind her of how much important she is to you. Send her little cards or gifts (not expensive..but like chocolates etc) sometimes. Talk ONLY about her when she is with you. Try to be romantic. This will work believe me :)
