How can i receive multimedia messaging with my nokia N73?

So i have tmobile in america and recently i brought a nokia n73 from romania that runs on vodafone, the phone is unlocked and works greats but i cant receive picture messaging or send it, how do i set that up to work? i have unlimited picture and regular texting with my plan so yeah

you will need to change your setting

for picture messages:
