You cannot recharge your justvoip account by using the credit card from UAE. You can do it from outside UAE by some body else for you and use it here. (Even though it is illegal here).

Also, you may able to find agents in every location of uae, those they will provide an account number, you can just pay the money in their account and they will recharge it for you. (by provided your account name of just voip)
