  1. you will have to get an in-line recorder. not a hard thing to find but not easy either. suggestion is to get one online...cheaper prices. Just hook it up and ready to go...the easy to use one's anyway. Stores that may have it included---radio shack, best buy, circuit city. Hope this helps!

  2. If you want to do outbound only, you could use recordmycalls.com.  It's a recording service that you can use from landlines or cell phones and you don't have to buy any wires, boxes, or things like that.

  3. here is the website if you cant find it in RadioShack!!

    This phone recorder control instantly starts your audio recorder when the telephone receiver or handset is picked up. No adjustments to worry about. It detects the recorder's voltage and polarity automatically. Connects to any audio recorder with remote and microphone jacks.

        * No need for adjustments: automatically detects voltage and polarity

        * Record and playback switch

  4. the cheap and easy way is with an induction pick up (the suction cup that connects to the handset - this will work for wired phones only not cordless or cell..

    otherwise you will have to get an inline recorder device, that connects directly to the phone jack.. radio shack will sell this stuff..

    remember, you need permission to record calls, some places just one person on the call need to consent to the recording (so if you are making the calls it is ok) other areas require everyone on the call to consent to the recording, when calling one area to the next the area with the stricter rules apply...

  5. Well if you still have a dial up modem on your computer, you can use software such as classic phone tools which will record your phone call straight on your computer.

    There are many software out there and some may be free. Sorry I just don't have any name out there to help you out.
