  2. Narrow down your life.  Focus on

one thing at a time.  Put your

energy into it, and take your mind

off other things.  Get so involved

that you have no time to be

    depressed.

If it's still a struggle for

    you, seek medical help.

  3. think positive, even if u are not in a postive situation

  4. Medication really does help..

    try Zoloft or Lexapro.

Go to the doctor and tell them your depressed and they will be glad to help you out!

Also, Excercise..Go to the gym..eat fruits keep your calories intake low.

If you make a goal and stick to it than sooner than you think you will be loosing weight fast!

    you have to stay dedicated!

    you can do it.

millions of people have done it, and so can you!

    I was one of them.

I was depressed for about a year streight until i went to the doctor and got prescribed Zoloft...It take's about 2 months to start working but when it started working i was happy again, and i also wanted to loose weight so i made a workout plan and stuck to it, and 7months later i dropped 30lbs!!

    YOU CAN DO IT!

  5. First, you need to take control of your life once more.  It seems it all started when you lost your job and everything went down hill from there.  You can start first by taking control of the things you can take control of -- your weight.  If you cannot afford a diet program like weightwatchers you can cut down on your eating habits, eat fruits and vegetables when hungry and serve yourself small portion (saucer) for dinner. Drink water on a regular basis (don't drown in it). Lay off sweets for a while as this can zap your energy. Stay away from sodas. Put your tyke in a stroller and go for long, fast walks.  I garantee you that in a week you will start to feel better. Next, try to find a job, may I suggest something 3rd shift if your dad isn't planning on getting a job and he can watch your son overnight.  Medication should be a last resource.

  6. Sounds like your going through a really tough time! There are a host of self help materials on the internet. (livinglifetothefull) (thehappinesstrap) (mind over mood) being 3 that i particularly like. Mindfulness is increasingly becoming a powerful tool which is gaining respect in the psychological therapy's, it is being Incorporated with many other interventions and is now research based. Medication can be helpful with depression but it cannot help with your life experiences, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)is useful here.

  7. Medication helps but solves nothing and if taken long enough it causes more harm then good.It cannot give a permanent cure to any disease. It only hides the consequences.

All of human diseases are caused by vitamin, mineral and omega 3 deficiency and excess amounts of refined sugar, refined salt, alcohol, drugs and omega 6

Depression is caused by the lack of serotonin in your brain which is caused by the lack of omega 3 fatty acids in your brain.A deficiency that most of the humans on this planet have.

My advice is that you start the omega 3 diet.I have researched omega 3 acids for 2 years and performed a very successful experiment on myself and few of my volunteer friends.Few months of the omega 3 diet i cured my stress[and/or depression] problems permanently and significantly raised my intelligence, improved memory, sight, reflexes[and many other known and unknown benefits]and without any drugs or supplements in the form of pills.

Take two table spoons of grinded flaxseed[rich with omega 3 and cheap]a day[with a glass of water] and in a few months you will start to notice significant improvement in your mental health[you will become more psychologically stable, among other things].Use a coffee grinder.Whole seeds cannot be digested by the hydrochloric acid in our stomach only grinded seeds.A fact and not a assumption. You have nothing to loose only gain by it.There are many articles on the internet about the omega 3.2 years ago before i started the diet i did not feel so stable or happy how i feel today.

Flax is the best source of ALA omega 3 fatty acid which our body converts to more important fatty acids called DHA and EPA.For the efficient conversion to take place, foods containing a large amount of the following nutrients must be consumed along with the flaxseed:C,B3,B6 [vitamins],zink and Magnesium [minerals].I recommend 3 table spoons of flax with 100 grams[or more if to your liking] of almonds,1 kiwi every day.[do not take more then 3 table spoons of flax because large amounts can cause intestinal gases which can cause abdominal pain and/or constipation. If three spoons causes abdominal discomfort lower the dosage to 2 table spoons of grinded flax and elevate it to 3 table spoons after your body adapts to high fiber content].The flaxseed itself is not important. The omega 3 that are inside them are.

    vegetables:http://www.nutritiondata.com

  8. Medication does help, but not completely without some life changing things to go along w/it. What about going back to school for your nursing degree? You have  a kid so a grant for school would probably be available. Your dad isn't working so maybe he could help you watch the baby. You have to set goals for yourself and give yourself some kind of drive. Depression spirals other areas out of control really fast, but cutting off the bad pathways is where a change of mindset starts. Think to yourself, when you're thinking about how bad you are feeling, stop, then think about  a solution. Start making answers for yourself instead of excuses why things are bad and you'll be able to change your own path. Make a new plan that involves progress. Good luck!

  9. medications do help just don't get addicted to it.

  10. Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

    Good Luck.
