How can i recycle paper in Philadelphia?

i thought in philly it was the law to recycle but no one comes to collect anymore and i just cleaned my book bag for the new semester and i have a ton of paper i want to recycle.

Okay, I do not live in Philadelphia, so I had to look it up, and could, in all honesty be off.  I found a site Recycling Alliance of Philadelphia, http://www.cleanair.org/recyclingallianc... ,

that has a "How to Recycle in Philadelphia" section.  The page I have (hopefully correctly) linked to is not the home page, but the page with the pertinent information on it.  It is a long-ish read, but there is a menu at the top that takes you to what you need.
